Debug Mode for rootcrs.pl/roothas.pl or "opatch auto" or "root.sh/rootupgrade.sh" is slow or Fail or Hangs

Use below Environment Variable to Debug :- 

export ORA_INSTALL_DEBUG=TRUE

    make sure Grid Infrastructure home $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/audit is not full *.aud files
